Jack Harries & Josh Cowan in Albay, Philippines

The moment my friends and I found out that Jacksgap is in the Philippines we started to track them down and figure out what they are up to. Apparently, one of the reasons that they visited our country is to climb volcanoes. My friends and I got so excited because in our province there is a volcano called Mt. Mayon, we thought maybe there's a possibility that they will come to our place. We posted and tagged them pictures of Mt. Mayon on Instagram and told them that visiting will be so worth it. Then out of nowhere Josh Cowan commented on my friend's photo. He said, “Will be there tomorrow :)”

We decided to wait at the airport the next day (03-08-2015) despite the fact that we don't know what time they will arrive. We waited for almost six hours and we kept our eyes open, scanning the crowd of people every time a plane arrives. 

Then the waiting was over...

We immediately spotted Jack and Josh, at first we waved at them and Jack waved back, we thought that was it. We cannot go near them because we were not allowed at the arrival area. But then we were so surprised when Jack started to walk toward us, while Josh was talking to the travel organizer. Jack greeted us (while patting our backs) and thanked us for waiting. We took a few photos with him, gave him our gift and we talked. I told him to say thank you to Josh for commenting on my friends post and he suddenly cut me off saying, "Oh yeah the picture on Instagram.”  It was obvious that he knew about it and I think he kind of knew that we were waiting for them.

After that we hugged and say our goodbyes and he said, “See you guys around.” Then he leaves us to join Josh inside the waiting area. When they came out to wait for their ride, we shouted thank you to Josh then he nods and waves at us. While they were waiting we managed to get a video of them. (In the video we found out that Josh was already wearing the necklace that we gave them. We didn't notice it that moment maybe because of our excitement and we were hyperventilating! He wore it for the rest of their visit.)

It was probably the best fangirling moment ever because they were not in a hurry to leave and there’s only three of us there waiting for them. Jack was so nice and friendly; he made us feel so special. I really wish that I had a photo with Josh though because this will not be possible if it weren't for him. Maybe when they come back (which they will) I can ask for a picture with him then. And hopefully they bring Finn with them.

And that's the story of how I met Jacksgap. It was the cheekiest moment of my life! I know in my heart that I will see them again.I just feel it in my bones! For those who are hoping and praying to meet them be patient guys, it will happen xo

3. School

Hey everyone! 

School: an institution where instruction is given, especially to persons under college age

School to me is a place where people learn and interact with others. And that is where I am right now. I am in pre-university or what we call polytechnic from where I am from. The school system here is primary school - secondary school - polytechnic/junior college - university. So I am pretty much almost at the end. Im kinda scared for the working world but also excited to see where it can bring me.

So I am studying media and communications. What I study includes advertising, social media, public relations, production and design also with some foundation modules like psychology, law and business. This course isn't something that would have existed decades ago. It is of course not as conventional as business or engineering courses. I wrote a blog post on jacksgapsite on tumblr about how Jacksgap inspired me to be who i am today.

Anyway, I am a student by day, fangirl/blogger/media enthusiast by night. I always try to incorporate what I love into school in ways that i never thought would ever happen.
