also i just realized that Look that Dracula gets when Alucard is pinging around in the boiler room scene? he's able to figure out exactly where Alucard is going to go next and intercept that move, probably because he did the same thing as a kid :'( Like, hyperactive six year-old Adrian zooming all over the place because he doesn't want to go to bed and Dracula just catching him by his shirt and hauling him to his room.

:( that..... is very possible. whether it was something that alucard has done since childhood to be a little shit and not get caught, or it was an actual combat move that his dad might have taught him (or a bit of both) thinking on it makes me pretty sad
