■ Violent Headcanon

Jonouchi used to pretty much be known to settle things with his fists but has learned to calm his temper after being around Yuugi. Though, if rubbed the wrong way to the point of not being able to hold it in, he has no qualms with going in fists of fury style.

♦ Emotional Headcanon

Due to a lack of self-confidence, Jonouchi is very much so led by his emotions. His temper is quick to flare, and if upset he’s not one to hold back and is likely to cry. It’s always obvious knowing exactly how he’s feeling because it’s written all over his face.

✿ Happy Headcanon

What makes Jonouchi really happy aside from being from his friends is the feel of the sand between his toes. It reminds him of the happy times spent with his little sister at the beach, which he just overall enjoys going to.

● Sad Headcanon

Jonouchi once witnessed a puppy being abused by a rival street gang and once they left he did his best to try and save it, but was too late. He cried the entire night over it once he got home.

♠ Painful Headcanon

When in the gang, he once was walking home and a rival gang member tried to stab him. He was quick and the knife never did much other than slice him a little, but it was still painful and he has the scars to prove it.

♒ Family Headcanon

Jonouchi does not speak to his mother unless he absolutely has to because he feels like he was abandoned by her. If he has to do any sort of communicating with the woman, he prefers to do it through Shizuka.

☮ Friendship Headcanon

Having friends has essentially been what’s saved Jonouchi’s life. If it wasn’t for Yuugi, Honda, and Anzu, he’s sure he’d still be in the gang or maybe even part of the yakuza doing bad things that could ultimately land him in jail or get him killed.

∇ Old Age Headcanon

As an old man, Jonouchi likes to tease the little kids that live around him that he can tell are a lot like himself. He also teaches them Duel Monsters even though none of them believe that he was ever really good at it.
