I’m proud of you for getting into the tea of plot progression, it’s wonderful. Problem with your version of “plot progression” involves God modding the whole SHIT out of your roleplayers.

You remember when you wrote the rules for your roleplay and said “no God modding whatsoever” ? That applies to mods too. You cannot pull shit out of your ass just to add drama to your RP especially without asking the person this shit is going to effect.

I don’t know where y’all got the idea that pulling niggas out of Narnia to use in your Godmodding was something that was just gonna fly but... stop that shit now. 

You can’t make up new characters out of literally no where just because you want to bring the “drayma”, word to Wheelchair Jimmy, and use them to force plots that you want on your roleplayers. That’s not how this works.

Leave people alone and let them play out their plots how they want. That’s the whole point of fucking RPing. If you don’t want that, write a fanfic. Or don’t, you’d probably find a way to ruin that too.

The whole point of roleplaying is to play a role, yes? The class agrees? Good. And generally that involves choosing a face, assigning a name and a personality and whatever other fun character develop-y things to that face, yes? Wonderful. We’re on the same page.

Here’s where we hit an issue, youngins.

When you start forcing plots on people, either by godmodding the shit outta them or demanding they just reenact their face claims real life, you take away what makes roleplaying fun -- the ability/freedom to develop as that player sees fit.

If you wanna have set storylines with no deviation, write a fucking fanfic. Otherwise, let people play their characters and see what happens. That’s what makes an RP interesting.

And I have something to say: spellcheck your shit. Especially your character’s personality traits. A person can’t be “inverted”, they can be INTROVERTED tho. “Cyncial” isn’t a thing, but CYNICAL is.

There’s a red squiggly line underneath these things for a reason and unless you’re deliberately trying to look like a jackass, pay attention to them.

I have a brief word for y’all... before you post your ads or what have you, please proofread once. Twice. Thrice. Because you look kinda dumb when your ad says “mine as well” instead of “might as well”.

A few things:

If your theme looks like a blingee graphic, delete it.

If your theme looks like what one would assume the inside of a schizophrenic on meth’s mind looks like, delete it.

If your theme looks like Meez came back from the dead and threw up all over it, delete it.

If your theme looks like one of these dolls made it, delete. it.
