so. we don’t usually do this shit but what the hell, it’s almost new years. why not do something nice.

we were browsing the rp tags when we came across this rp, @thelightsroleplay, and decided to check it out. and honey, both ji & i were impressed by what we found. i ain’t never see an rp put this much effort into character bios before. like... ever. that’s some real detailed, inspiring shit & i kinda love it?

the rp as a whole is really well organized & has a nicely presented and open-ended plot that could lead to a lot of interesting outcomes. basically what i’m saying is yall should check the shit out if you’re so inclined.

and no, they ain’t pay me to write this, i don’t know any of them, i just thought that this was really refreshing in a sea of the same old shit.

I feel like lately, people can't even rp anymore. Which is why most people stay in the inbox and 1x1. I know that's bad, but it seems like the only way to enjoy an rp with your friends is to swerve the Admin because you might get called out ''invalid'' for everything. I understand you have to tell the Admin your plots before doing so, but alot of them will just say no because of your fc or how better your character is than theirs. Those admins keep making rps when they can't rp 4 shit [2/2]

Alright so I really needed to get this off my chest. The last roleplay I was in, I firstly joined it with my friend. She had to leave the rp because apparently the Admin wasn't letting her character develop. At first I was confused but the more I stayed in the rp, the more I realized that it was true. Every time someone is trying to make their character seem more interestin than the Admins' characters, they always pull out a ''invalid'' card or something random to blow them off. [1/2]

Urban roleplay isn't what it used to be, 1x1 or rp wise. Some people are very inconsiderate and just out for themselves. Nobody can be active on a dash anymore or work with a plot.

It's a damn shame, tbh. There's some actual talent and potential in the urban RP world but y'all waste it on BGC plots and bullshit.
