I feel like your PA OC x reader x Franco would look like this:
Either that or being a sandwich. WHO WANTS TO BE IN THE FRANCO AND CARMELLA BARBI SANDWICH
Carmella facts let’s go
-Carmella’s name means Garden or Orchard/Garden of God while her last name Aguirre means prominent or exposed. (I’ll let you connect the dots)
-Carmella is very loosely based on Francine Smith from America Dad, very loosely.
-Carmella’s favorite movie is the Disney movie Pinocchio, mostly bc she was very empathetic to Pinocchio and would cry constantly when watching the film. It also partially inspired her to have children of her own so she could shield them from this sort of suffering.
-Carmella’s favorite food is Pozole. It comforts her and reminds her of the simple pleasures of life before everything sucked. Her neighbors would make it and give it to her out of compassion since they knew her father barely fed her.
-Carmella is extremely hygiene conscious due to severe neglect. I imagine she’s germaphobic and has some kind of ocd revolving around cleanliness. It reminds her of her time as a prostitute and how filthy she felt, also child neglect. She breaks out into hives and often refuses to let Franco touch her when he’s dirty.
-Something Franco loves to do is grab Carmella’s cheeks and smooch her forehead or cheek. She loves to grasp him by the collar and passionately kiss him. She loves his hair too weirdly, it feels nice.
-They love helping each other dress, it’s an intimate activity and a massive sign of trust considering everything they’ve been through. Franco tries to be gentle with his beloved while Carmella doesn’t laugh at Franco’s height, weight or scarring.
-Their intimate life is also strangely healthy in an odd way. Of course their practices are extremely unethical nor safe or even sane. But they like the exchange of power. Franco gets a safe place to be humiliated and Carmella gets to roleplay being in control.
-Their date nights are always extremely romantic yet end with some type of violence towards someone. Even when they have the expectation of normalcy, it always winds up being a mess.
-Carmella’s parenting would’ve eventually spiraled into martyrdom for her and would hold it over Fígaro’s head. She’s also extremely anxious and worrisome, probably going out of her way to avoid teaching necessary things to keep her son with her. Also her need to conform would’ve had an incredibly negative impact. Essentially colonizing her own heritage out of her son before he could appreciate it. Unintentional racism out of survival too, not out of genuine malice or hatred but survival. Carmella sorta recognizes her faults but it ends up getting clouded or she justifies it.
-She blames herself for what happened in her marriage and what happened to Fígaro. It’s agonizing, sometimes Carmella will deny herself the right to eat or sleep and punishes herself for her alleged failures. Franco tries to cull this behavior albeit extremely unethically. Like drugging her food with sleeping pills or forcing her to eat.
-Franco hates her husband and is glad Carmella killed him. Although it’s mostly for the fact that he got to her first and treated Franco’s woman like that mostly. Tending to make the issue about himself and how he feels which Carmella reluctantly accepts since that’s the only kind of genuine validation she receives.
Carmella Lore (Final Cut let’s go) Warnings for: Abuse, racism, child death and grooming
Carmella Aguirre was born in Guadalajara to her newly single father and her mother who died from complications from childbirth. She grew up in a lower middle class household where money was scarce due to her father blowing most of the funds on alcohol.
He was far from loving, being verbally and physically abusive. Which led to Carmella trying to seek out paternal affection from other sources with varying results.
Carmella was forced into a caretaker role and severely neglected. Rarely been to a doctor, school was few and far between and left to her own devices. She had a talent though, singing. She liked to sing and writing her own songs, preforming in front of her homemade dolls and passed out father. Carmella dislikes her mother due to be compared to her and her father almost forcing some twisted rivalry. As if Carmella wasn’t her own person but rather a cheap copy of her mother.
At the age of 17, Carmella was approached by a group of tourists in the city area. They were enamored by her singing, more specifically the alleged leader of the group. He was a charming gentleman who looked all American. Stand up guy. He and Carmella started a relationship of sorts where he would buy her gifts, food for her household and occasionally alcohol.
He told her that he was madly in love with her and her voice, that there were many others in America who wanted to hear her sing too! After turning 18, Carmella had went the motions and successfully immigrated to Florida. At first everything was going great until she was faced with an uncomfortable reality. Her husband pressured her into conforming with suburbia and the neighborhood. Which led to Carmella into forsaking her identity, well not even.
Everytime she spoke Spanish or tried holding some of her personal values, Carmella was scolded and beaten by her husband. She dyed her hair, bleached her skin and learned English. She didn’t wanna be left alone again, there wasn’t anything waiting for her back home. Her husband said. At the age of 20, Carmella had gotten pregnant and given birth to a healthy baby boy. She named him Fígaro after the cartoon feline in the Disney shorts she loved so much. Unfortunately Fígaro was scorned by her husband and her community for he didn’t look like them. She was an outsider. Just some exotic bird her husband brought home.
A fun commodity. Not an all America housewife, not even an all American woman!
Fígaro had gotten sick one winter, extremely sick. Carmella tried everything to care for and begged her husband to do something but he told her to do her job as a mother. Carmella couldn’t go to a doctor since she was in the fog regarding her immigration status. Would she be deported if she tried to go? Never see her son again?! Carmella tried her best with everything she had until Fígaro had left her.
The death of her baby and the proceeding blame for it made Carmella snap in a fit of rage. One night when her husband had come home and tried initiating sex, Carmella lost her mind. She bashed his head in with a nearby lamp. Screaming in English then broken Spanish until she was crying and just making ugly noises. The next morning, Carmella fled her home and sought a new life.
Eventually Carmella landed into the lifestyle of sex work for survival. Which only further fueled her hatred for the men who used her. Angry wives who found her and assaulted her. Carmella’s self defensive accidents eventually became on purpose. It took her a while to perfect her craft before she could enact her reign of terror.
Men put into provocative or disturbing positions were found in hotel rooms, dressed in lingerie or wearing a full face of makeup. Wholly obscene. Often found without their gentiles, hands and tongues. Brutally beaten and lashed, flogged. This made Carmella an intriguing figure in the news. Everyone was so disgusted and horrified yet intrigued! Who was doing such a thing? Why were they doing it? Public intrigue skyrocketed from perverted men to women who could understand the outrage.
One of those people was none other than Franco Barbi, an upcoming drug lord in Miami at the time. Carmella and Franco had crossed paths a few times with Franco requesting her services a couple times. But he didn’t know Carmella was the famed murderess. Carmella had set her predatory eyes on Franco as he was a perfect target. A disgusting, vile creep.
They began mutually stalking each other unknowingly, following each other’s exploits until they met in a hotel. Carmella proceeded to try and kill Franco which excited yet terrified Franco. The idea of a lowly woman, a backstreet whore almost successfully killing him was horrifying! Yet it was so intimate, intoxicating. Once Franco gained the upper hand, Carmella was made an offer. Franco gives her a more “respectable” job, a roof over her head and food. In exchange she gets in a relationship with him. Carmella accepted bc she figured she could kill him off at some point.
They formed a twisted relationship with them aiding each other in their criminal activities. Carmella acting as a lure for men who owed Franco a debt or rivals. Franco supplying Carmella her victims. They acted sickeningly sweet with another and fighting like cats in the next breath.
Unfortunately Carmella was caught by police and brought into custody. She gave interviews to police and the news, capturing the public’s attention further. She was a mysterious, intoxicating force. Every answer she gave garnered more questions, her story was so tragic and relatable for most of the women population. Murkoff stepped in and offered to get her out of the slammer if she became apart of a project they were doing.
Carmella tried to opt out only for them to say “we have your ugly ass bf” and Carmella agreed. Franco is her only companion at this point and the first semblance of “love” she had. Franco never shamed her for her cultural identity, he liked her hobbies and gave her gifts, sex didn’t hurt with him.
Carmella filled the “Mistress” role of the nuclear family dynamic and her & Franco were officially married before entering. Both extreme blows to them. Franco bc of his whole affair with Angelina and Carmella losing her identity as an individual by taking Franco’s last name instead of her own.
(Fanart by @gorey-24 and @quiurifam!)
Franco loves oiling Carmella up in nice smelling body oil and massaging her body. It’s not even for perverted purposes (sometimes) but because Franco just really loves her body. Her actual skin tone, everything. I imagine his estate had a water fountain based around her. Carmella almost ended up falling back into old habits revolving around bleaching her skin and dying her hair and Franco had to yank her away from it.
Franco also likes inserting himself into conversations that Otto and Coyle have about their wives (Otto why did you have to bone your sister-) And Franco inserts himself very loudly to yap till everyone leaves.
“Yeah my third wife was a no good-!”
“WELL MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE WOULD NEVER”
Franco and Carmella question mark
FUCK YES ACTUALLY
Carmella and Franco exchange their teeth as a love language
Carmella gave Franco her wisdom teeth and Franco gave her his rotting teeth that he pulled out or simply fell out naturally. Franco keeps Carmella’s as a good luck charm and Carmella keeps francos in a trinket box.
Franco really wanted Carmella’s nipple but she shoved him off of her and told him to get lost.
I had a thought about Jaguarteeth interacting with the animal versions of themselves
Obviously Carmella is loving up on Bunny! Franco, smooching his face and giving him so much loving. Obviously he’s gonna be in pretty rough conditions but Carmella doesn’t care! She thinks he’s so handsome and pretty, he’s just a big ol’ fuckin baby.
Carmella’s fursona/hj would be a jaguar obviously and Franco has no idea wtf to do. Meanwhile Jaguar! Carmella pulls the “if it fits I sits” card and just loafs on him. You can barely see Franco bc he’s engulfed by kitty. She licks along his balding head or obsessively nuzzles his head or face while purring.
