Yesterday was insane omg. So my friend is in town and we've been goofing off and doing shenanigany things and we picked mulberries at the park yesterday to make pie. To get rid of the bugs we boiled them in hot water. That was a mistake, since all the flavoring boiled out oop. So we tried to thicken the..mixture thing by adding pectin and sugar and it's still super runny, but it tastes great. So we're going to use it for a drizzle sauce thing.

And then we stayed up waiting for my other friend to get off work and I was zonking out so I went to lie down for a bit and next thing I know it's morning and my friends are nowhere to be found oop. It was made twice as awkward by the fact that I left my friend alone with my stepdad oop.

10 Facts about me!

I was asked by the both the lovely jajajavert and the wonderful luckygirlworld to do the 10 things about me post, so here it is!

1) I am a triplet! We are 3 fraternal girls. Don't believe me?

ta daa! I'm in the middle :)

2) I play the euphonium, a low brass instrument that is commonly compared to a baby tuba.

3) I am a very proud sister of the Zeta Delta chapter of Tau Beta Sigma, an honorary band sorority.

4) I am a huge geek. It is a problem, actually, when all I want to do is read fanfiction or watch netflix instead of doing homework.

5) Harry Potter was the fandom that started it all for me. I started reading Harry Potter the summer before fourth grade, when the fourth book was the latest one out. My fourth grade teacher didn't believe me when I told her I had read them all!

6) My freshman year of college ended up being amazing because I met a whole bunch of super awesome people who I can tell will be my friends for a long, long time. I'm really fortunate to have had the experience that I did!

7) I am a Music Education major, with emphasis in Euphonium. I want to be a band director, or a general music teacher in an elementary school.

8) I am also considering auditioning for the Navy Band at some point, if I get good enough.

9) I am certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED, as I work as a lifeguard during the summers.

10) You will almost never catch me without something to read, even if it's fanfiction on my phone. When I was younger, I would take a book on a ten minute drive to the grocery store.

1. What’s your favorite flavor of poptart?

Depends! When I'm in a fruit mood, strawberry. Any other time, definitely brown sugar cinnamon :)

2. Best birthday memory?

My and my sisters' 17th birthday party was amazing because we just kind of got to go nuts with all of our friends. We were complete dorks and it was awesome.

3. It’s raining.  Do you run for cover or dance in the rain (there are people around)?

Hmmm... I'd love to say dance, but I'd probably actually just keep walking... I've marched in the rain, does that count? (there was music involved, after all...)

4. Favorite type of tea?

Probably mint with a splash of milk in it. Mmmm.

5. Do you recycle?

I try to recycle when I can. Sometimes there just aren't recycle bins available, though.

6. Would you prefer to live in a house in the country or an apartment in the city?

Probably a house in the country. It sounds very peaceful and relaxing.

7. Do you smile at strangers?

Yes! All the time. I need to stop it, actually. I probably look like a weirdo.

8. Make a soundtrack for your day including waking up, getting ready, going to work/school, being at work/school, lunch break, going home, after hours, that kind of thing.

Oooh this is hard. I want to come up with witty things but right now my soundtrack is kind just a cycle of Florence and the Machine, Mumford & Sons, and Imagine Dragons. My work/school song is definitely Carmina Burana, though :)

9. Favorite dorky dance move?

The robot.

10.If you were a cookie, what type would you be?

Probably a chocolate chip cookie, a gooey homemade one :)

11. What would your name be if you were a fairy?

Umm... it'd probably be something like Melody Sunshine or something like that. Music because I am obsessed with it, and Sunshine because it's a family nickname :)

 I'm pretty sure it was Lauren's idea but I can't remember for sure. Answers under the cut for length!

Enjolras: I'm most passionate about my career in theater production and my fandoms. ( I was very very involved in lgbtq activism in high school but I've become a little cynical and am not as involved anymore.)

Combeferre: Ahhh I have so so many close friends it's hard to choose just one, but I will describe Margo for the purposes of this exercise. She's super great of course, a little more reserved than I am, but still energetic and a tad insane. We're the kind of friends who can do nothing together and be perfectly happy. I tell all my deepest secrets to her. She's the queen of dry sarcastic wit. I work with her in the summers and shes so hardworking, to the point where I WANT TO STRANGLE HER BECAUSE WOW MARGO RELAX YOU ARE GOING TO KILL YOURSELF.  She's always putting others first and is very dedicated to her friends.

WOW I'M SORRY I JUST LOVE YOU MARGO. *smooches* I miss yooou. This weekend we're going to meet George Takei though so asdfasdfasdf for that.

Courfeyrac: Never have I ever done a lot of things. Still a virgin, never smoked, never drank blah blah blah I'm pretty dull in this regard. No wild stories. (Except for that one time I went to Denny's at 3am with a bunch of strangers)

Jehan: no prompt so instead I will just tell you my favorite poem because I'm lazy. Howl by Allen Ginsberg.

Feuilly: Well, I founded the GSA at my high school, which was quite a feat for a small town in Kansas, so I'd say I'm most proud of that.

Bahorel: Nothing physical, and really no screaming matches either, but my friend Emma and I have had some teary fights over the years. Those are always exhausting.

Joly: I had a headcold this winter, but I normally never get really ill. Not since I had my tonsils removed when I was younger.

Lesgles: Y'know, I've done tons of embarrassing things, but I can never remember them when asked. The only one that springs to mind at the moment is when I made the astute observation that hey, when you high-five yourself it's like clapping! Yeah, real smooth

Grantaire: I believe in humanity and its ability to rise above the challenges against it. Eventually

Marius: *sobs* like everyone oh my god I swear I fall in love with people like Marius does. Those are fleeting infatuations only though. I don't really have one person right now I desperately want to be with.

That doesn't give me much to go on darling. But you can look here for werewolf!AU and here for The Bitter Uprising(you'll have to scroll down a bit I think.) And this isn't technically fic, but I have some modern!AU headcanons here. that I will eventually write into fic.
