i genuinely did not think i was particularly great at my job but since more people have been hired i've realized i'm actually fantastic at it on the basis of: i listen to instructions, clarify when i'm not sure about them, and then stick to those instructions. which apparently most of my new coworkers don't find necessary in their approach to work???

#it is NOT that hard. it really truly isn't #but ppl will be like 'i'm having x problem' and the answer is 'so are others. we covered this in the chat 5 minutes ago' and also multiple #times yesterday #and it's like. there IS a lot of information necessary to learn when ur starting! i haven't been here that long I'M still learning!#but i DO know that i tried seeing if my questions had already been answered first. bc jesus christ #jam chats
