Tbh I feel like Logan’s very ride or die when it comes to his family? William doesn’t count because he’s never accepted him as family, but especially Juliet, Emily, and Lasair, he’s very protective of and will drop whatever he’s doing if they need something. Even after he and Jules drift apart due to tensions over William, when she’s struggling with her alcoholism and marital problems with William, Logan’s absolutely right there offering support even though she didn’t give him much when he was dealing with his own addiction. He doesn’t care about that though, she’s still his sister and he still cares so goddamn much about her and is absolutely willing to put the past behind them to help her.
Even with his dad, he’s the same way despite having such a strained relationship with him. I believe that if his dad ever asked him for help or something (like he ever would swallow his pride enough to do such a thing), Logan again, would absolutely drop what he’s doing to help. And despite talking shit about his father, I cannot see Logan tolerating anyone else speaking ill of him. Tbh that’s what makes it hurt the most when Logan reaches out for his dad for help and gets turned away, because while yes James sees it as tough love, Logan would not have done the same if the tables were turned.

You’ve gotta be kidding me. Logan sighed heavily, knowing goddamn well his father knew why he was calling. “Why the fuck are you bringing up the topic of kids with Red? You and I have been over this.” Logan had assumed it would be a casual lunch between her and James, not a fucking interrogation about if they intended on having kids or getting married. “We just started dating Dad, even if it was an option on the table, this is way, way too soon for you to ask her that kind of shit. Don’t tell me you asked her about our sex life too.”

Logan learned how to cook out of necessity in college. He never expressed any interest in learning while living at home, however there was only so much takeout he could eat and certain things he wanted just... Weren’t offered, and not necessarily late at night when he found himself hungry while pulling an all nighter. As a result he took it upon himself (figuring the basics couldn’t be that hard) to learn how to cook shortly after starting college. There was a lot of trial and error involved, but he caught on easily enough and started cooking for himself (and frequently Jules and Las) 2 or 3 days a week typically assuming he wasn’t completely slammed with homework.

I could literally go on for days about how much I love how you write Logan. Honestly it's a work of art and you deserve to be super proud! I love your backstory that you've created and I adoooooooooore how you write him with James! <3
