I've been debating making Jam more of a main character, but the first step to testing out this idea was to give her a quick redesign. I think I'm satisfied with how it turned out. Any questions and thoughts?

Some notable changes below:

First off, I made her forehead larger to give her a more distinct look and to allow for more space for her magical marking.

I removed her other magical markings on her cheeks and hands because they were always a pain to draw.

I changed her hairstyle quite a bit. The straighten bangs were funny for the gag of it, but obviously annoying to draw regularly. So I made the bang curlier, tucked it behind her ear, and made it shorter.

I also lowered her ponytail. The reason for this was to give her a more recognizable silhouette. I have a similar way of drawing both her and Sol's hair, and since Solstice often wears a ponytail, Jam didn't stand out next to her.

I worked out what her personal style is. The outfit I drew in her before was 100% ripped off from her Sim 4 character, and I never bothered to go back and give her a proper outfit. Her new style leans a lot more into her already gothic tendencies, and considering my own fashion taste, I'm surprised none of the existing main characters filled this niche yet.

I also changed the shape of her lips and made them more squarish. There wasn't anything wrong with them, but Equinox's lips looked very similar to her original shape, and again, I want her to stand out

Lastly, I ended up settling on changing her color scheme to purple. Originally, it was blue, but that obviously clashes with Sol's color. I liked purple because it also pairs well with Min's color of pink (and they are in love so). The change of color scheme also meant having to change her undertone to something slightly cooler to make the color pallet cohesive.

Plot twist, he dresses like a queer woman dressed him because four queer women actually do dress him (Cass, Mandy, Sol, & Minerva). They buy him little outfits and accessories, and Minerva's even the one that gave him that headband <3 He's their lil meow meow

When he does dress himself, he tends to wear khaki shorts and socks with flipflops so... 😭 He needs this.
