There’s a proposal to redevelop the #JamesMakinGallery in #CambridgeSt #Collingwood into a 127-room hotel! Telha Clarke Architecture & Design. No guest carparking proposed, even though the traffic engineers predict a nighttime high of ~25 cars generated by the guests taking into account public transport, and that there’s none available at the moment… I would have thought in the interests of sustainability they should also show how it could be converted to apartments if the hotel fails?
