What was David Bradley like to work with? He's the spitting image of the First Doctor!
This is not a jab at you, so please don’t see it as one, it is a general observation -- I do not know how to answer “What was it like to work with X...?” Can you answer that question yourself in a satisfying way? It invites meaningless answers like “It was great”. What are you really trying to ask me?
I really don’t want this answer to sound critical of you -- it seems to be the go-to reporting style of the moment, and I realized there must be a way to get to the bottom of what that question actually means that will invite a substantive answer.
Meantime, He was great. Very funny, very prepared, and already rehearsed as Hartnell from Adventure in Space and Time. fwiw.

i like twelve SO MUCH better than eleven. hang in there.
I do too but that has a lot to do with Peter Capaldi. I really didn’t care much for a lot of his episodes either.

I cherry pick the episodes I watch in all but Nine. And I try to think of him being such a dick because he misses Rose. Regrets leaving her there. Needs her to hold his hand and keep him from going too far.
Same. I’d just skip around too but this is my husbands first time watching it so I can’t really do that because I’m a firm believer in getting and giving a full story. I can’t just jump into the middle of a show. That’s a good way to think of the Doctor though. He’s just a whiny dick because Rose isn’t there. lol.

I would if I could. I would if I could. :)
Our white rain noise generator is a real rain noise that has exactly the same spectrum as synthetic white noise. It offers the same efficiency as white noise, and yet sounds natural and relaxing.
I swear, I turned up the bass and the treble on this and felt my shoulders sag in such a nice way.
"Never forget, Doctor, you did this!"

Rule 1: Always post the rules Rule 2: Answer all the questions the person who tagged you asked and then write 11 new ones Rule 3: Tag 11 people and link them to the post Rule 4: Actually tell them you tagged them.
1. Do you prefer Winter or Summer?
Summer! You get to wear shorts and floaty dresses and lie around in the garden eating ice cream! But I would say that autumn is my favourite season overall.
2. Pet peeves?
Indifference. I find those people who never seem (or are "too cool") to get worked up or excited about anything so difficult to deal with.
3. Last concert you went to?
Frank Tuner at the O2. My friend (a massive Frank Turner fan) persuaded me to go, and I'm so glad I did, it was such a good gig.
4. What do you do in your free time?
Sing, write and read. That basically covers it.
5. Favourite band?
Tough one but it's gotta be Arcade Fire. I love them so much it hurts.
6. Best advice you’ve received?
That it's okay and important to love yourself. My mum talks to me about that one a lot when I'm sad. There's an Andrea Gibson quote that goes something like "When the time comes to love yourself well/ It takes a good solid mouth/ To stop crying/ Over all the things you have to let go." I think that sums it up pretty well.
7. A fictional character that has influenced you?
There aren't many that haven't! I live and breathe fictional characters; if I've read them they've probably influenced me.
8. Do you want to travel? If so, where to?
I'd like to, but it's not something I'm desperate to do. I'd like to go to America, the sort of San Francisco, Laurel Canyon bit. And Italy. And India.
9. What’s your most favourite thing in the world?
I'm gonna cheat at this one and say art, because that covers books and music and I'd say art is definitely something to live for.
10. Is there anything you’re looking forward to at the moment?
Right now I'm looking forward to the holidays most of all, and getting a break from one of the most stressful terms of school I've ever had... :/
11. Favourite song right now?
At the moment I can't stop listening to The Mother We Share by Chvrches
My questions:
1) What is your favourite album?
2) Why did you join Tumblr?
3) Is there life after death?
4) If you had to get a(nother) tattoo, what would you get?
5) Who was the last person you cried over?
6) Which band would you most like to meet?
7) Do you like where you live?
8) Favourite quote?
9) What is your favourite item of clothing?
10) Favourite author?
11) What do you want to achieve in the next five years?
I'm going to tag....

Hey :) Dya mind explaining what 'stan' means? I know it means being obsessed to the point of delusion with a person or thing, but is it short for something?
Yeah, in my experience, a stan is somebody who is obsessed with something and denies that there is anything wrong with it (there may be multiple meanings). I don't know if it's short for anythin, but I think it might be an amalgamation of the words 'stalker' and 'fan'. If anybody else has any helpful info, please feel free to share it.
Inside No. 9 was awesome, wasn't it? :D the ending of the last ep freaked me out :L
it was very good, wasn't it! although i definitely preferred Psychoville
i was expecting the ending of the last episode to go somewhere else, like have the demon thing just be a non-demonic just slightly batty old man, or at least have katy headbutt him and escape. so i was slightly like 'uhh.. wait that was it?' when the credits rolled.
i liked the silent episode too as well, it was dead clever
