So much green and so much bright FLAVOR! The ☀️ came out for a bit this afternoon right as I got to the gym (after DAYS of rain and mist), so I was really craving something light and delicious when I left. Chickpea, avocado 🥑, and feta salad from @homegrowninthevalley which I put over a bed of sliced romaine and topped with some simply seasoned baked chicken. Made the fanciest of fancy dinners this evening with @zerbrush! We love to be in the kitchen together creating new dishes with exciting flavors, so that's how we decided to spend our night. We homemade the pasta and Hank picked up #mussels on the way home from work so those were sorted, soaked, and cleaned prior to cooking. They came out perfectly despite neither of us having cooked them before--we've only eaten them!
