You can add a tropical touch to a classic favorite by making these Hawaiian Turkey Burgers. They are packed full of flavor because they are made with ground turkey, crushed pineapple, and a mix of tasty spices. If you serve these burgers with grilled pineapple and crispy bacon, you'll feel like you're in paradise.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground turkey. 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons coconut aminos. 1 tablespoon coconut flour. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 lettuce leaves for bun substitute. 4 slices of grilled pineapple for topping. 4 slices of bacon, cooked for topping. Lettuce, tomato, and avocado slices optional for topping. Coconut oil for grilling.
Instructions: Put crushed pineapple, red onion, minced garlic, coconut aminos, coconut flour, ground ginger, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Combine the parts until they are well mixed. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Warm up your grill over medium-high heat and coat it lightly with coconut oil. They should be cooked all the way through and have nice grill marks after 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Grill the pineapple slices and bacon until they are nice and crispy while the burgers are cooking. When the burgers are done, use lettuce leaves as buns to put them together. Put a turkey patty on each lettuce leaf. Then add bacon, grilled pineapple, and any other toppings you like, like avocado slices, lettuce, or tomato slices. Feel free to eat your Hawaiian Turkey Burgers right away.

This Grilled Pineapple Asian Pork Burger is a great way to get a lot of flavor. Asian-style seasonings are mixed into juicy pork patties, which are then topped with sweet and smoky grilled pineapple and served on a toasted bun. It's a fusion burger that will make your mouth water.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup hoisin sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp grated ginger. 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. 4 pineapple slices, grilled. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced red onion. Sliced cucumber. Sriracha mayo optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, breadcrumbs, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined, and form into 4 burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160F 71C. During the last couple of minutes of grilling, add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook until they have nice grill marks on both sides. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they're slightly crispy. To assemble the burgers, spread Sriracha mayo if using on the bottom bun, add lettuce leaves, a pork patty, a grilled pineapple slice, red onion, and cucumber slices. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
