COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa | Warren’s debut trip to Iowa ignites voter passion
COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa —Jan 04, 2019—Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts strode into Iowa Friday with all the look of a presidential candidate, igniting pent-up Democratic frustration with her brand of fiery liberalism in the premier caucus state.

I have always thought that Czech history was kinda boring compared to France or England, but since I have started reading “Krvavé příběhy z hradů a zámků” (Bloody Stories from Castles and Chateaus) by Jan Bauer? Christ’s foot!
There was this noblewoman, Eliška Kateřina, who lost her castle in a court battle with her younger sister. So, she lured her enemies inside, her brother-in-law and the royal officials included - and then she blew the castle up, saying that she would rather die in the ruins than let her younger sister take it!
Then there was Julius Ceasar - I mean, really! - the eldest bastard of our King Rudolf II, who was a madman. He cut his lover into itty bitty pieces and buried her in small boxes in the cemetery, then he ran around the castle, smeared with her blood, for days!
Or that time the king’s older brother, Mikuláš Opavský, beheaded one of our most influential noblemen, Záviš z Falkenštejna, the husband of our late queen mother, and with the Prague bishop’s blessing, too. What did Záviš’s younger brother do? He captured the bishop’s brother and cut off his head in retaliation!
Bloody! Game of Thrones has nothing on the savagery of Czech noble people of old! O.O
