The honest to god biggest impact beyond canon has had on my general homestuck fan identity is Jane is genuinely just one of my favourite characters now. Like I cannot stress enough I just didn't really care for her in the original comic, but now I actually really appreciate her character, not just for the post canon stuff, but because her initial groundwork was so good that it was able to set up the post canon stuff. Anyway I love you Jane Crocker <3
