1: Coffee Shop! AU

College was always a chore to go to. Killua always tried to register for the later classes so he could sleep in but, it seemed like a whole lot of people had the same idea as him. He was stuck with the more earlier classes. They weren’t six in the morning, it was more like nine or ten. Every day was different for him.

Killua had always woken up too late to go and get something to eat or drink before his class. He had an alarm clock but would sometimes “forget” to turn it on. Some of the times were on accident and others…well not so much. He had lived alone in a little apartment building a few miles away. It was either a forty minute walk or a thirty to twenty minute drive depending on traffic.

He always drove everywhere, knowing that most of the time he wasn’t going to go straight home after classes. Plus, he wouldn’t have to talk to anyone he had seen from school that decided to talk to him. He wasn’t a very social person, but he wasn’t an outcast either…he hoped.

He only knew a handful of people at the university or nearby food joints that he would go to if he every skipped class, ditched, or in between class. So in some case he had some acquaintances but never really an actual friend that he would go out and hang out with. He only rarely did that with these two other guys from the school Leorio and Kurapika.

One day, for once, Killua had woeken up early and had decided to go to a café. Whenever he drove past it there were never a whole lot of people in it. Then again, it was still a little early for people to go and hang out somewhere he guessed.

Killua had gotten ready to be able to go and sit for a while before his first class so that he wouldn’t look weird to just walk in, order something, then quickly leave. He had plenty of time to sit for a bit and enjoy whatever it is they sold before his first class.

He was also debating on whether or not he would skip the class since all they’ll be doing is taking notes on something he already knows. Then again, he’s already missed a couple days of that class and can’t afford to fail just because he didn’t feel like it and or never woke up.

Once he was done prepping himself for the new day, he grabbed his backpack, car keys, and left. “Hopefully they sell chocolate cake.” It’s never too early for chocolate.

Actually it’s a very specific Hisoka (carta-fantasia if anyone remembers him) but from their interactions I could definitely see a thing going on eventually assuming Hisoka can shift his interests from little boys to cat-ant-things.

As far as my particular Tsuna goes, Duo — That is to say, Duo Maxwell. Duo-san is yet another character that Tsuna has spoken to quite a bit and sort of looks up to; he's become a mentor/big brother type as well. Tsuna doesn't exactly know what it is, but there's just something about him that makes him feel comfortable. The other male gives him good advice, and his company is more than pleasant. He thinks that he's one of the few 'normal' people in his life (of course, he's wrong about that), but even still...Duo has considerable influence over him, even if he doesn't know it.
