We're nearing our third week of IFS (Internal Family Systems), which is a therapy model where, very basically, you consider the mind less of this single unit, more of a core Self with many Parts or sub-personalities. It's been very eye-opening and has really resonated with us! (Or at least... most of us :p )
We're really interested in seeing art of other systems' Parts, but there just doesn't seem to be very much of it...! :v Or we're looking in the wrong places, idk. So, here's a contribution: three Parts that have successfully been drawn & fully colored
