the majority of the time I go for the instant m/f but then later its like AYYY m/m then VERY rarely its f/f but to this day its still f/m and i'll see other people going OMFGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG M/M TOTES CANON MY OTP <3333333333 and im like ??????!!!!!! buuuut m/f??? then its the whole "OH THEY'RE SHOVING STRAIGHTNESS DOWN OUR THROATS UHHH M/M ARE SO MUCH BETTER!" and its like ?!!! bUT STILL M/F??? ANYONE????????????????? 

and then other times it'll be for me OH ITS M/M PERFECT

then the fandom wil be like "m is not gay m/f iS OTP!" and its like ????!!!!!!!! BUT?! M/M?! CHEMISTRY?!?!?!?!?!? 

so yeah its a constant back and forth lol so its just...i dunno i rarely share my m/f pairings unless im like....ready to defend what i ship [[like stydia and jydia from Teen Wolf. Dany/John from GOT.]] so i mean with those fandoms (minus Suits) you like...you gotta really defend them or otherwise someones gonna come along and complain to you and its like NO I GET WHAT YPU'RE SAYING /BUT OTP/ ????????????????? I CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE SHIP???????? POSSIBLY???????? with more than one gender??? i can fucking ship thenm with a PICKLE IFI WANT? its just frustrating at times lol.

like...yes. incest. gimme gimme gimme. although i seem to weirdly do it with brothers?????????? brother/sister....i think the only one i can think of is the brother and sister from Blue Bloods and very VERY VERY VERY SUPER DUPER Mild shipping between Sookie/Jason from True Blood. like for m/f thats it for incest. but yeah i seem to do it with brothers alot...i have a problem. and underage......it has to be really done well? or otherwise i feel super creepy. and OT3's.......i have to see that all 3 of them have chemistry or else its EHHH. Book Recommendations

I’ll recommend two good YA series this time around.

First off

This series follows a team of six children (one of which is an alien) who are fighting off an alien invasion. Unlike a lot of YA series, this one isn’t afraid to pull punches. It shows you that war may be necessary but it always scars people. My personal favorite is #6 The Capture but #19 The Departure and the David Trilogy (#20-#22) are also awesome.

The other one is Dragonback by Timothy Zahn. Here’s a summary of it I found: Jack Morgan, orphan in spacecraft Virge, has warrior K’da Draycos on his back - actually flattened, out of enemy sight, only survivor of scout ship. Refugee ships are heading into a trap, and both co-operate to save the galaxy.

Dragonback is an enjoyable series and if you’re familiar with Zahn already (must likely from his Star Wars novels), then you won’t be disappointed.
