Guys I went for a run today! I'm really proud of myself, I've been real lazy for a long time now lol. I used to run in the gym a couple years ago and got pretty good, but not running for like a year really knocks your ego down a peg when you finally get out there again 😂

did laps of this field by my house, ended up doing about 4k in 30 minutes, but imma be honest with u like 40% of that was walking...........

I improved pretty quick last time I ran regularly though, so I'm hoping I keep this up and in a few weeks take less walking breaks🤞
