Okay I really need help cause my jaw is locked and I can’t get it open.
I’ve tried all the usual things but they aren’t helping and it’s never been this way for more than 5 minutes or so but it’s going on 15.
I’m scared I won’t be able to get it open again and will have to go to the doctor and I REALLY don’t want to do that.

Does anyone know anything about jaw locking?
It happens a lot for me when I sleep, like my jaw gets in this weird position and if I try to unlock it, it feels like my teeth are going to break. It happens a lot when I sleep and it makes me panic. I've looked stuff up on google but nothing really came up.
If TMJ had a face, I'd slap it. ;-;
I hate it.
