While Kurapika hated being stuck on desk duty, he was glad he had been the one that was put in charge of collecting all the information from the others. He wasn’t sure if they would have been able to catch on ask quickly as he did to the similarities of the cases they had gotten recently, but he had.
The moment he had noticed these things he had quickly sought out Madara and requested he bring everyone in together for a briefing. They had a serial killer on the loose and the needed to act fast before more people were killed.
