TOKYO (The Washington Post) — What we had Sunday morning at the Tokyo Aquatics Center was supposed to be an alarm clock with the chimes bellowing, “Aussie! Aussie! Aussie! Oi! Oi! Oi!” That’s an unsettling noise for the U.S. swimming team. The instinct may be to hit snooze. But that just means, soon enough, it will start squawking again.
The Australian women blared it on the pool deck here, blazing to a new world record in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay, a statement of grace and power that resulted in a new world record. As an achievement, it was both predictable and astonishing. But in the context of the entire swim meet, it was a statement, because it sets up what will follow here, which is nothing short of a showdown: Australia vs. the United States, again and again and again.
Yes, please.

Jay Litherland - Three boys, and a pregnant girl.
Ahhh omg that jay litherland one was SO good and sooo cute!! Can I request another one with him and could you include his two brothers in it as well, that would be adorable!! 😆❤️

You rubbed your pretty over-grown belly as you sat on the couch. Carrying three babies at the same time, made you beyond tried. You were only five months into the pregnancy and you were already to big to do most stuff. It took a big toll on you.
You were always one for moving around. Cleaning the house, running errands, making baked goods, or cooking way to much food for dinner. You were never not moving, until now.
“No, that’s not how it went.” Mick laughed as he walked into the living room with his two brothers following.
“Yes, it is. Do you want me to call mom?” Kevin asked holding his phone out. Jay, smacked the phone out of his hand, laughing as he sat next to you. He placed a hand on your belly, causing the kicking you had felt all day, to die down.
“You two are annoying today.” Jay joked. He leaned over to kiss your cheek before your belly.
“How’s my beautiful wife today? Need anything?”
Jay, had been nothing but helpful this whole time. He was with you all the time, to the point where you told him he had to go hang out with his brothers today or you were going to get up and cook. He never wanted you to lift a finger, one you two found out that you were in fact having three kids.
“Good. I slept most of the time you were gone. These little ones, poop me out. Is that normal?” You asked worried.
With this being your first pregnancy, you had a lot of worries. There were times that you got so worried that you would call Jay’s mom in the middle of the night to ask her if it was indeed normal.
She of course didn’t mind. She often would call you about three times a day, to make sure that you were doing okay, and listen to your worries or fears.
“Mom said it was. She said even with one baby, but you’re going to be a little more tired because you are carrying more then one.” Mick said knowing that sometimes you needed to hear it from more then just mom and Jay.
“Are you okay?” Jay asked looking at your big eyes. They looked like you just saw something that scared you.
“I think, I just peed.” You said grabbing his arm. “I was trying to get up before you guys came home, to pee, but I couldn’t get up.” You began to cry feeling awful at the fact that you just peed yourself.
“Hey, it’s okay.” Jay said, as he got up. He helped you up from the couch. You looked back to see a pee puddle on the couch, which just sent you into a crying fit.
“I just peed on the couch. I can’t do anything right.”
Mick, and Kevin gave Jay a sad look, but nodded as their brother took you to the bathroom.
“You have three kids pushing in your bladder. It happens, even with just one kid. It’s normal, sweetheart.” Jay said sweetly, as he helped you into the tub. He couldn’t help but stare at your big belly.
He was thankful for you before, but as the triplets grew inside you he grew to respect you even more. He often would call him mom, telling her how he was super thankful for her as well. He had no clue how you two could do this. That’s why he would do whatever he could for you. He saw how stressful it could be on you, and stress was not something you needed.
“I peed on the couch! What the worse part is that, your brothers are out there cleaning it up. That’s just embarrassing.”
Jay, pressed a kiss to your head as he grabbed the wash cloth. He began to clean you up, before helping you out and into the bedroom where he helped you get dress.
“You know that we don’t care. I know it might seem embarrassing to you, but none of use care. As long as you are okay and all four of you are healthy, a little pee on the couch is nothing.”
“Yeah, I mean it’s not the first time I’ve cleaned pee off a couch.” Kevin smiled as he walked into the room, Mick following close behind. “Mick, isn’t the best at going to the bathroom, when his drunk.”
“Fuck off!” Mick laughed, hitting his brother in the back of the head. “It was one time.”
“Two times.” Jay laughed, causing Kevin to give Mick the told you so face.
“I hate you both. Y/N and I are making a pee club and neither of you are allowed in.” Mick joked walking over to you.
“Oh that sounds weird.” You laughed. “Thank you guys for putting up with me and cleaning up after me. Once these little ones are out, I’m making you the biggest cake ever.”
“Told you, we would get cake out of it.” Kevin smiled.
“Oi shut up!” Mick said. They both walked out of the room bickering at each other. You and Jay laughed at their child like behavior.
“I love you.” You smiled. Jay, smiled back, leaning down to plant a kiss to your lips.
“I love you too.”
