this is me with like 95% of the things i watch and love. the only fandom im really in is merlin. i should say ~currently in. i was in past fandoms before.

well to me being part of a fandom is like editing stuff, posting news, opinions, etc on it aka being active about it ….being just a fan i guess is like being lowkey about it?

yeah that makes perfect sense! you never have to be involved in fanon and fandom to be a fan of a series. ‘fan’ is the individual and you can choose to not be involved in the community and just watch! :)
