" Oh my God, oh my— " Steph laughed, only a little hysterical as her errant elbow knocked over a basket of what she hoped were just cleaning supplies in the dark closet. She quieted her giggling the best she could. They were supposed to be hiding, after all, and if the clattering as the bottles hit the floor hadn't given them away, her laughter certainly would.
" This is a terrible idea, but hey, when has that ever stopped the two of us? Come here, " she grabbed at him in the dark, breathless, half-blind, and pulled him in by the front of his shirt until their lips met clumsily. Totally worth it.
