“Gotcha, Replacement,” Jason purrs, the glee of victory rumbling through him in a peculiar type of mania Tim’s come to associate with the Pit. Something that should be disconcerting in its unpredictability, but just makes Tim roll his eyes and turn his head, cheek pressed into the table as he gives Jason a look over his shoulder.

“Congratulations,” he says drily, flexing his hands, perfectly content to remain exactly where he is. “You’ve achieved your original plans of vengeance. Now what?”

Jason sneers, but it’s half hearted at best and his eyes are bright and blue, “Now I’ll carve you up all pretty for the others to find. Haven’t you been paying attention, pretender?”

“You monologue at least twice every hour, Jason. I’ve learned to filter the crazy.”

Batman when he notices the blushes and eye contact and the tension between his adopted son Jason and his current ward Tim Drake: Batman getting eye twitches when he realizes he has to deal with the can of worms that his two adopted sons might be developing feelings for each other. Especially with Dick who just got over wanting to kill Jason for 'corrupting' Tim's innocent.

Bold of you to assume Jason isn’t going to kiss him right in front of Bruce the moment he finds out the big bad Bat might get twitchy about it.

Always thinking about your jaytim spite fic. I read the prompt when you first posted it and was like "Oh that would be good jaytim" then I was the asker who said you were iconic for writing a jaytim fic out of spite. Then later you posted the prompt you were using and it hasn't left my head since
