It’s still warm enough this evening that she’s got her head of curly hair resting on your lap while she lets her feet soak in the lake below them. The dock creaks and frogs croak, and the setting sun is the perfect light to see every curve and angle of her face. She has a strong brow and gently curving nose that rounds out at the tip, lips whose smile accentuates her cheeks and have a stark cupids bow against a full bottom lip. She’s looking at the clouds with her deep brown eyes, taking in the colours of the sunset with a calm look of contentment on her face.Some might say she has a round face, but you can see the angles of her jaw slanting towards her chin. How could you look up at the sky when the view is right in front of you.
