Over 4 years ago, I received my 1st degree black belt. Tonight I hung up that very belt and received my official 2nd degree belt. A big shout out to everyone who has trained with me since I started this journey over 8 years ago. Thank you for all the support and great energy over the years! I'm looking forward to cheering for everyone this weekend when we head down to North Carolina for the World Tang Soo Do Championship!
