Podemos hablar sobre nuestro miembro mas infravalorado y poderoso de el equipo?

Asi es Discoball 🪩

Hay una inconsistencia sobre quien y en que momento crearon Discoball debido a unos comics pero voy a basarme en el canon que vemos en el juego.

Iniciamos con que fue una creación mágica hecha por El Viajero en un lugar y tiempo desconocido, no estoy muy segura de cual era su propósito original ya que vemos que tiene diferentes habilidades/usos (?)

Es independiente, consciente y tiene su propia personalidad

Puede ser invocado, aunque no está muy claro en que situaciones puede ocurrir y en cuales no

Puede abrir multiples portales a todo el danceverso y a la tierra

Puede hacer que un grupo de personas entren dentro de su cuerpo

Y la que supongo es su habilidad mas importante, es una especie de puente entre el mundo humano y el danceverso por lo que es capaz de traer a humanos dentro del danceverso (aunque probablemente también se necesita de un hechicero para esto)

Dentro de el lore su primera aparición es al inicio de la canción "Murder On The Dancefloor" donde ayuda a que Leda a entrar al danceverso, después pasan muchos años años hasta que vuelve a tener otra aparición, de alguna forma esta implicito que conocio a Jack durante su infancia y tambien sabemos que Wanderlust y Discoball se vuelven amigos muy cercanos (lit se conocen de toda la vida)

Su siguiente aparición es en la canción "Can't Stop The Felling", donde vuelve a ser de ayuda para traer a Sara al Danceverso (porque parece que Wanderlust heredó hasta los mismos errores que su padre) y no le volvemos a ver en pantalla hasta la cancion "Majesty" pero de alguna manera si estaba presente mientras se iban integrando Brezziana y Mihaly al equipo, en esta canción aparece al inicio de la rutina muy :0 cuando ve a Jack y al final cuando derrotan a Night Swan, en este punto ella lleva a todos los presente dentro de su cuerpo

Aquí la siguiente canción es "If You Wanna Party" que ocurre justamente dentro de Discoball donde muestra diferentes mapas al fondo y pasa algo curioso, durante el rap de Jack hay una proyección de Jack en el fondo y todo el entorno pasa a ser de color rojo despues de eso todo vuelve a la normalidad. Yo tengo dos teorías sobre esto 1)Fue Jack quien lo hizo ya que tiene la habilidad de proyectarse a sí mismo en espejos o 2)No importa que Discoball conozca a Wanderlust de toda la vida Jack sigue siendo el favorito

Después regresa en la canción Canned Heat donde Wanderlust le invoca y bailan juntos pero ambos son engañados por una ilusión de Night Swan y Discoball termina en manos de ella, al final Night Swan le corrompe y sus expresiones y colores cambian

Continua en la canción "you should see me in a crown" donde ayuda a Night Swan a engañar a Sara y traerla al Danceverso, después aparece en la canción "Never Be Like You" en manos de Night Swan siendo usado como herramienta para espiar a Mihaly, al final tiene una pequeña aparición al final de "Swan Lake" y aparece de fondo y dando algunas vueltas durante "Tainted Love" junto con Los Just Dancers.

Bueno ahora que ya hicimos un recorrido rápido por su historia... QUIERE ALGUIEN PENSAR EN SUS SENTIMIENTOS??

Osea, la persona a la que ayudo a entrar a su mundo años después termino secuestrandole y obligándole a ayudar a secuestrar a una de sus amigas 😭

No te preocupes Discoball yo testificare a tu favor si un dia decides cometer un crimen de odio

En fin volviendo a datos mas triviales parece ser el miembro mas mayor del equipo, puede proyectar cosas que ocurrieron en el pasado pero solo puede interactuar con lo que este ocurriendo en el presente (lógico supongo), técnicamente puede encontrar a cualquier persona del danceverso y no cuenta con un avatar propio pero aparece junto a Sara en dos de sus avatares

Bueno dejare esto hasta aquí porque otra vez estoy escribiendo en la madrugada, honestamente me gustaria ver mas sobre este personaje y su relación con personajes como Si'ha o El Viajero, en fin espero les haya gustado y gracias por tomarse el tiempo de leer todo esto c:

So yk Canned Heat, where Discoball basically introduces the characters? And when the intro panel of 'Sara' (actually Night Swan) tweaked to show Eternyx for a second? Well, Night Swan got in contact with Nithe Long, and since DB's blueprints were in the Virtualscape, and you could access DB's OS and BIOS there too, Night Swan just asked Nithe to project an illusion to fool Wanderlust when he's having fun, so that DB can be sent to Night Swan. Those illusions worked really well. However, DB is sentient, and thus knows that Night Swan's using it to be up to no good, so it tries to fight the projection control, and that's how there's the 1-second glitch that shows Eternyx. It wanted to warn Wanderlust, but he was unfortunately too busy having fun :( Nithe Long/Night Swan alliance is kinda short-lived tho

Justober Day 27: Zombie Infection

This is the one I was the most excited for.

I had a theory for the Swan boat from Dance With the Swan to sink to the bottom of the Eternyx ocean.

well, here is a horror game idea were the Just Dancers did not survive the sinking and all five perished. One year later they rose out of their watery graves to put an end to Night Swan’s reign of terror forever. And take back what’s rightfully theirs, meanwhile, The Traveler and Master Panda, are trying to find a magical spell that can turn back time enough to save the Fallen Just Dancers

originally I was going to have the tables turned on Night Swan, but I don’t think she felt any remorse for killing them, so I replaced her with The Traveler and Master Panda, let’s just say she was already killed

oh, and Discoball didn’t survive the sinking either, she’s a spider zombie that will kill you if you stay in your hiding spot for too long, maybe Discoball killed Night Swan?
