I spent a concerning amount of time and effort on this.

Behold. The improved human millipede. As you can see, i would remove the lower legs of all of them in order to further resemble a millipede, and also force the heads lower to achieve a more seamless look. I would also add a carapace/false exoskeleton in order to mimic the rounded look of a millipede, as well as addi g short antenna to the mouth of the "head" segment.
