General

˚₊ · »-♡→ Their first date was really awkward - it happened in an abandoned backyard, with shattered cars and general dump around. Neither of them actually knew what to say without sounding embarrassed or genuinely cringe. The time they spent there was summed up with regular conversations and infodump.

˚₊ · »-♡→ Sometimes, shortly after an argument with his parents, Carl sleeps at Jeff's house so he can deal with them later and find a welcoming place to stay. Their nights are often filled with movies, chatting or looking after each other

˚₊ · »-♡→ They used to hand out around the skateboard park a lot when they were teens. They still do occasionally. It gives Carl a chance to show off his skater skills and impress his partner.

˚₊ · »-♡→ Jeff's love language is giving gifts. Everytime he comes across something that his partner could enjoy, he buys it. He also writes poems about his desires for a better future and the evolution of his relationship with Carl.

˚₊ · »-♡→ Carl's love language is also giving gifts. Though they don't come by money value, he offers drawings that he made of his partner in his mailbox and signs them with a capital letter C to indicate his artworks.

˚₊ · »-♡→ Jeff is the one who looks after Carl more often, especially after a meltdown - they can happen several times a week - or an injury. He's the most overprotective one and doesn't let anyone mess with his partner. Carl is rather uncomfortable when it comes to take care of someone, but he still gives it a try.

⌯⌲ Jeff had actually never planned or wanted to admit that he had a crush on Carl. He was viewing him as his best friend (until one day, when both of them flirted a bit too much to joke around, before noticing that it might not have been just teasing)

⌯⌲ He had other relationships before, but none of them led to something serious, and he usually broke up after one week. It was after dating boys that he realized that he might be bisexual

⌯⌲ Surprisingly, Jeff is one of the few persons that doesn't quickly get on Carl's nerves.

⌯⌲ Would do most of the chores in the house, if they ever own their own house or apartment

CARL

⌯⌲ Carl wasn't exactly sure of his ability to maintain a relationship. He had never dated anyone before Jeff. As a teenager, Carl used to mock the traditional couples he'd seen on TV in movies. He would have never guessed to be in a relationship one day.

⌯⌲ The quiet/loner one

⌯⌲ Enjoys talking about video games to Jeff and playing together on his old game controller

⌯⌲ He wished he could leave the town and move out with Jeff, even though he is still very hesitant about this decision.

⌯⌲ Would love to adopt cats and live among them with Jeff.
