Dodging a bee
Brother: Also was the Villa keeper the worst PK keeper ever?
Me: He wasn't very good, but I did think all our converted kicks were really good. I looked at the Villa GK opp notes and the funny thing is that every player [who did a PK] that I could read comments for (Lukaku, Mount, James) went the exact opposite of what they were expecting (Lukaku and Mount went to his left, James went high). Thought Kepa had another great night. And, man, that save--he just one handed snapped it down.
Brother: Look how early he jumps. If you told me he was trying to dodge a bee, it would make more sense than the way he tried to defend Lukaku’s PK.
Me: At first I thought maybe Lukaku had Jorginho mind tricked him into going the wrong way, but yeah, now I see that he went too early and Lukaku had enough time to change direction. Maybe he drank a Carabao before the shootout.
Brother: He looks like he had a Carabao and has the trots and wanted to lose fast so he could go to the locker room.
Me: That should've been the first note on the opposition research: DO NOT DRINK THE CARABAO.
