Hello everyone! As many of you may know, @JeddieJay 's acc on Wattpad was deleted because of his story Freddie. Everyone was disappointed, as was I, especially because of the disappearance of his stories (*cough* COAGDP *cough*) . I have been searching for any updates for the past few days and I am extremely happy to say that he has made a new account @jayjaythrowaway2020 . I decided to post this here because I have a lot of followers and wanted to help you guys. Please spread the word! x
Can you or some of your lovely followers help me get my hands on a copy of all the other stories Jayme Dray / Jeddie Jay wrote ? I have just finished Confessions of a Gay Disney Prince (thanks to ao3 being down) and I would love to read all the other stories they wrote. I know about Fetus and Balloon Boy but I think there are more. I appreciate your help very much!
As far as I know, that's an author who was very popular on Wattpad. I think their big fic got deleted and then they put it on AO3. But I've never actually seen anyone around here talk about them/their fics.
Anyone know this author and have copies of their work?
To all those who want Confessions and Jayme back, please do the following:
1. Go follow @jayjaythrowaway2020 on Wattpad (that's his new account) and you can stay updated there.
2. Please write TONS of emails (or contact them on other social media sites) to Wattpad demanding an explanation as to why his account was deleted without warning him and request them to get back to him so they can clear stuff out and he can at least post his stories on ao3. Also, confront them about why they thought his story "Freddie" was problematic because no one seemed to cry over "After" even though Harry Styles was a minor when it was published. Freddie had been up for years without any drama. Why suddenly?? And there's no mention of pedophilia in that book, because Freddie is 19 there. There's even worse stories on Wattpad. They gave him two Wattys, acknowledged him everywhere (even BuzzFeed did) and added his stories to a reading list called: 'stories that will change your life' and then treated him like trash the next day. You can contact Wattpad ambassadors here as well. He's a real treasure to this fandom. Please spread the word.
