okay so we all know Wilson just fucking walked away from House while he was overdosing and left him on the floor to potentially choke to death on his own puke <3

and there were no consequences and they never talked about it <3333

BUT for even MORE drama, I propose: House saw Wilson there and watched him leave, but thought it was a guilt-induced hallucination after the whole nicking-pills-from-Wilson’s-patient fiasco

And a few weeks later it comes up in conversation where House is like ‘lol buddy, you can’t leave me - you need how much I need you, as proven by how you can only leave me to die in my own subconscious drug-induced dream-haze xxx’

And Wilson has to be like. Oh. Oh God. Do I tell him that was real?? And I actually just fucking left him there to die????? Or do I just nod along and go ‘ha yeah wild hallucination bro’ and quietly eat myself up on the inside?

He obviously picks the latter option.
