This is my favorite book by Jeneva Rose and it was my first book I read of hers. She just announced in July that this book will be released in November in Hardcover. Collector’s edition with bonus content and I am so ready and excited for November. I ordered myself a signed copy and will update you guys when I get my hands on it.

Home is Where the Bodies Are, by Jeneva Rose

It speaks to the author's writing ability that I finished this in one sitting despite guessing the twist 10% into the book. Three siblings reunite when their mother dies to grieve and settle her estate. While sorting through their things, they find a home video of their parents disposing of a dead body. I like hearing the thought processes, including all the pettiness, of the grieving protagonists and them playing armchair detective with their family trauma. But if you're genre savvy with thrillers you'll know what will happen right away.
