-Jenna is perfectly fine, she’ll be sitting at the lunch table talking like normal, and then her phone will vibrate in her pocket.

-She’ll jot straight up thinking that it’s a shock from her Squip, she doesn’t tell anyone that it happens. There’s no need to worry anyone, after all it’s just a little thing she can hide

-Okay so Jenna has never really been the girl to know, so what if her first friend just used her for gossip? It wasn’t like she could really say anything. She was fine with being walked on as long as people don’t ignore her.

-It’s not like she wears bigger clothing to hide her body shape, because she’s scared of her weight and size. It’s not like her school and peers only say the popular and hot girls are her skinny friends

-And maybe she feels like she needs to talk to someone about her insecurities and her feelings, but her friends have enough on their plates and are dealing with their own stuff.

-And she’s not jealous of her friends all getting in relationships or frustrated that she can’t find anyone to confide to about her true thoughts on things

-But yeah, she’s fine

Jenna: People who over enunciate to either her or Karin because obviously that’s what they need. She usually, and quickly, corrects this behavior. And if that doesn’t work someone ends up with a broken nose.

Bonus Jenna: Orange juice with the pulp. Seriously wtf is wrong with you people? And people who try to get her to talk after learning what she can do. What part of ‘I’m scared of my powers and don’t wanna do the thing’ do you assholes not get?

Karin: When someone brings in a fucking wheelchair or braille menu after learning she’s deaf. If she’s with Erik the Clone she can forgive the braille menu because hey at least he got the proper menu.

Marcie: Ask about the secret menu one more time, she fucking dares you

Artemis: people with a physical mutation kink. Y’all creep her out soooo badly

Alice: Her tendency to be very open with people

Labrynth: putting in her contact lenses and people who suggest those colored contacts for her. She likes her heterochromia thank you very much. One of the few nice side effects of her mutation.

Erik: The fact that he can’t talk about his mental illnesses. Just talk with someone about it. He feels like he’d just be bothering people but part of him realizes people would want to help him. Actually this doesn’t piss him off so much as frustrate him to no end. I have a feeling that at some point he’ll end up asking one of his former teammates to ask someone to lend him a hand.

Didge: The fact that if you contact a comic company about taking you off the roster they’ll either say ‘Frick no you sell too well’ or they’ll kill you off horribly for manpain’s sake. In her case it’s the former, and it freaks her out when she sees all the people roleplaying as her, or rather her (inaccurate) comic self and she feels that she can’t say anything or else she’ll get outed and the safe place she’s made for herself’ll be gone. Also feelings of helplessness, because mutants are compared to supers for the sake of reliability to those who don’t understand them she feels like she shouldn’t be helpless. She’s a superhero after all right? Superheroes aren’t supposed to be weak.

Vanessa: People who don’t treat her like she’s a thinking being. She’s a program sort of but she does think and feel or at least she believes she does and would very much like to be treated as such

Jenna headcanon

When Jenna first came to the mansion Karin was one of the first people to greet her. When Jenna expressed displeasure at having to write everything Karin offered to teach her ASL. She accepted gladly and, like Karin, finds it much better than writing. Unlike Karin though she doesn’t like conversing telepathically. It kinda freaks her out.

Jenna hates missions where she has to go solo.

She misses Kaidan, a fair amount. He was always at her side during ME1 missions and the ache left by Horizon still hurts a hell of a lot.

She misses Zaeed, a bit. A few missions on and she's already gotten used to that dry British capability at her flank. The shots square into the forehead, always accurate, always right.

She misses Mordin, a decent bit. She misses the confidence that anyone whose feet she knocks from under them will be set afire soon enough. She misses the cold confidence and practicality that keeps her on the course her brain wants to take rather than her heart.

Mostly she misses Garrus. He has been on every mission, every drop. He knows her fighting style and her quirks. They complement each other like yin and yang; he doesn't hate her for being Cerberus or Alliance or anything other than herself. He knows her rhythm, he knows who she is.

There aren't many people she'll willingly fight with, but gods, she hates doing it alone.

The geth fuckmothering pulse rifle. Hands down. Light, powerful, absolutely sinful ammo capacity. Best gun I ever had. I kind of liked the revenant machine gun too but the thing's heavy as a damn sun and kicks like a mule. I picked it up in that Collector ship and figured it'd come in useful…which it did until I realized it drifted if you fired more than three shots at a time with it, which made it a really expensive paperweight until Mordin worked his magic on it.But give me a geth pulse rifle and a concussive charge and I'm happy as a pig in shit. Happier in fact, I would imagine, since even the most determined pig in shit can't send three Cerberus officers flying in different directions all at once.
