I was bored and I wanted to practice some of the new stuff that I've been learning in photoshop.

I really wanted to do a poster-thing, and lately I've been obsessed with zombies and vampires (zombieland, warm bodies, fright night), and it happens that jennycaakes has a very interesting Gadge story about zombies, so I took the opportunity.

I apologize in advance if this gives spoiler (I don't think it does, well maybe just Traftan, but if you haven't read it yet, then you don't know who he is)

Why are they in the Capitol? Well... I think they eventually will reach the Capitol, and if not... I am sure the Capitol has always been full of brainless and emotionless people, and it is ruled by the biggest monster... Can you see who is in the presidential's podium? Yes! the ultimate moster! lol lol... So, it is a metaphor according to my interpretation.
