keeping at least jeraldy alive (so main story ending doesn't get completely ruined) can better narratively convey how badly sigkin fucked up (even if its like saras "ill kill you if you give my contact information to marikin" humor)
but obviously thatll never happen because axez lowkey avoids mentioning that, and the one time he does with bachikin she immediately apologizes to sigkin after for "getting mad at him" NO GIRL HE IS WILLINGLY WITHHOLDING IMPORTANT INFO FROM THE GROUP? and when they go back to the mausoleum and sigkin explains the whole deal with the Gapanese Massacre they move on from it fast but at least since they all forgave bachikin a long time ago and cuz what sigkin did is similar i can understand it being written like that
not to mention jeraldy was getting injected with vanitas maidonium by kirimi apparently? i haven't actually played to that part yet but i got spoiled :(
it drove me INSANE (kinda /pos) knowing that on my 2nd playthrough jeraldy was really about to stop before the vanitas kicked in and made him go through with it
(in the epilogue) "koritora: jeraldy made that plan with his survival in mind, right? yet it was like he changed halfway through..." (paraphrasing) IM INSANE IM INSANE IM INSANEE
PLEASE jeraldy survives lives/recovers at the mausoleum and fights the effects of vanitas, gets to live peacefully, and then maybe move to yurireiz to help osaar with managing gapanese city behind the scenes (idk if it changes later in post story but osaar mentioned deciding to rule over gapanese city temporarily since it was going to go in a major depression where im at rn) it works with the "continuing to live despite your past sins and atoning for it by living" message from main story too
AND THE KIRIMI FOIL jeraldy has moved on and looks to the future while making the world better while kirimi is stuck in the past and destroying everything including himself because of it PLEASEEE
whoever came up with morikaze is just some guy that got roped into this and is jeraldy and jungles parental figure that makes pancakes for them at 3am cooked, and remove his whole kouhai-chan thing ofc
and jungle my doomed by the narrative boy his battle being a robot thats his "mom" and 2 dogs hes a goddamn angst machine, imagine a scene where jeraldy is fighting vanitas' influence and theres a flashback in gapanese empire when they were kids then it cuts to the gapanese massacre and vanitas is about to take over but then jungle appears and is like
jungle: Hey, don't do anything stupid.
jeraldy: !!!! J...Jungle!!??
jungle: ...I... I don't want you to get hurt anymore, man. I get that our revenge failed and all but I don't care about that, you lived and I'm glad.
