Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1/4 cup jerk seasoning. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded lettuce. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 slices of pepper jack cheese. Mayonnaise and hot sauce for topping.
Instructions: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Rub the jerk seasoning and olive oil over the chicken breasts, ensuring even coating. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each chicken breast and close the lid to melt the cheese. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute. Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken breast on the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and red onion. Spread mayonnaise and hot sauce on the top half of the bun before placing it on top of the burger. Serve the Jerk Chicken Burgers hot and enjoy!
