Did you know February 17th is National Random Acts of Kindness Day? It is celebrated by individuals, groups and organizations nationwide to encourage acts of kindness. However, I strongly believe we should practice this everyday. Small gestures can go a long way - you never know what someone is going through. So this morning I decided to purchase 4 cookies from @timhortons (4 being my favorite number!) and gave them out randomly to those who seemed in need of a smile.
