I assume this ask is a direct reaction to the latest picture of Till, which shows him with footballer Jerome Boateng (here’s the post by @endlich-allein who also linked the article mentioned below, definitely worth a read). Both of them were mentioned in the same breath in an article by the German news outlet ntv, which criticized biased reporting based on mere suspicions. The article argued that people shouldn't be treated this way, since sensationalist journalism like this tends to cement accusations in people's minds, even if they eventually turn out to be unfounded and investigations are dropped.

Since someone else in my inbox asked what the situation with Jerome Boateng is about: he’s a top-tier footballer in Germany, and there have been allegations of violence against him. In 2024, he was convicted of intentional bodily harm against his former partner Sherin S., whom he allegedly assaulted during a vacation in 2018. He received a suspended sentence and a €200,000 fine. A separate investigation concerning Kasia Lenhardt - a case that received massive media attention in Germany, full of speculation and suspicion - was closed in 2025 due to lack of concrete evidence, according to the prosecutor's office. However, the verdict in the Sherin S. case is legally binding.

As I’ve said (probably too many times already), everyone is free to have their own opinion about Till and similar matters. It seems Till and Jerome Boateng have found some common ground in terms of how the media has treated them - and from an objective point of view, I can understand why they’d connect over that.

As Till very clearly does his thing, you do yours, anon. Yet I'm of the opinion that it's really not necessary to voice ones opinion every single time something related to Till happens. We literally just went through this weeks ago.
