Gary Burton Quartet: Copenhagen 1968
Five tunes from a 1968 Copenhagen concert by the Gary Burton Quartet with guitarist Jerry Hahn, Steve Swallow and Roy Haynes. Hahn who was with the group in 1968 & ’69 first came to prominence with the amazing 1965-66 John Handy Quintet. Amplifier problems prevent the full sound and impact of Hahn’s guitar from coming through, but worth the listen.
