I honestly think Jerry Markovic is one of my favourite characters in ER. It's like... wow, this giant man is a passionate anti-government communist, he dislikes authority, he loves kide, he's been struck by lightning twice, he volunteers to let residents practice breast exams on him, he hates cops

He once accidentally launched a fucking bazooka out of the department and destroyed half the ambulance bay

This episode he's been shot and earlier this kid was complaining his stomach hurt, so he pinched him to redirect his attention

And he's been shot and goes "wow, getting shot HURTS"

And the kid pinches his thigh really hard and makes him go OW!! And the kid is like "does that help?"

And he kind of grunts then laughs and goes "yeah, thanks, kid"
