La Hougue Bie One of the ten oldest buildings in the world. Underneath the daffodil covered mound is a passage grave. There’s now a chapel on the top but there used to be a tower (built by a prince, which is why this can be found on Princes Tower Road) and then when that fell into disrepair it became a hotel for a time. Honey competition at La Fais’sie d’Cidre at Hamptonne this weekend. All locally produced in Jersey.
