Vegan Jerusalem Mixed Grill Made out of #yube and 2 kinds of mushrooms. This is my first time working with Yube, and I really like the outcome. Making Shawarma or Jerusalem Mix is always a safe bet taste wise, since the strong spices give a predictable and great taste. Yube has really nice texture IMO, and it came out really nice!
