My take is that Homura was never actually evil. She just *feels like* her lesbian love makes her evil and *calls* herself the devil because she's been going to Catholic school her entire life and it messed up her self-image.

"the community picks apart even the most innocent of bugs" absolutely applies to other games. Look at the "Hinox Curse" from LoZ BotW for example. Even some that look completely useless end up used in weird speedrun categories sometimes too; see "The Speedrun Where Link Stares at Rupees for 17 Hours"

Ye, but for games like that there’s no public bug tracker, and updates are rather sparse, that is kind of what I meant ^^;

Minecraft is on a very active update cycle & the community has tons of people hacking and modding it all the time, tons of people who are super familiar with the codebase & report tiny little inconsistencies on the public bug tracker. It’s very rare that bugs go unnoticed in MC, and the places where mojang chooses not to fix bugs is kinda similar to the anecdote from that post, except that stuff is usually more beneficial/useful to non-speedrunning endeavors aha. In games that aren’t continually updated, bugs like those would likely just never get patched

these are just. plain old regular cassettes. the one i used for the first episode is a sony hifi normal bias 90m cassette tape if that answers the question.
