Jessi Combs was always Real, she had a heart of gold. She will always be looked up to by little girls, big girls & alot of men who wish they were as cool as her. In 2004 I Remember 1st seeing her on extreme 4x4 and saying who is this badass chick that could DO ANYTHING to a 4X4 & Oh my Goodness look at #WELDS, wow. I'll never forget her always having the time to take a pic with her fans especially my little girl. She gave us all many gifts & will always be Remembered. 💯 ❤️ @THEJESSICOMBS thank you for your gifts you gave us all. you will be missed by all. A look back at this moment in time brought a smile to my face, so I wanted to share it with you all. I was Going through some old photos the other day when I came across this one of my little girl saying hi to @theJessiCombs like she always did at the car shows, it was an accidental photo before the real photo, I do that sometimes, lol. Well I had to share it because #Pressyboots was so excited to meet #JessiCombs she Had to fix her hair because of this bandana she had on her head all day has falling off to the side, pesky bandana, lol. Well what I thought was so cool was In this picture you can really see how much of a down to earth awesome person Jessi was. you can see the sparkle in her eyes & face light up as she looked at my baby girl, she was probably like "look at this cute little girl at a #carshow with her dad, rocking her bandana " ! This Kind of makes me think, with everything that we have been subjected to with this over Exploited pandemic, I wish more people were like Jessi nowadays, especially to each other. Jessi was always so unconditional, and friendly, ready give a hand or to see what a new friend might say or even how Express her crazy side without a care other than the moment she was in. Jessi Combs, la fondation

Jessi Combs est morte trop vite dans son dragster, une fin brutale et tragique. Coureuse, rideuse, deuxième recordwoman mondiale de vitesse de 778 km/h avec son équipe North american eagle et sa voiture à réaction.

Suivre son parcours nous a permis de découvrir ses multiples facettes, les courses de vitesse, la persévérance et sa délicatesse.

Décédée trop jeune, une fondation fut créée pour lui rendre hommage et aux femmes pour lesquelles elles se battaient tous les jours. Un exemple d’émancipation et de courage.

« Nous sommes honorés d’annoncer la création de la Fondation Jessi Combs, une nouvelle organisation dédiée à l’éducation, à l’inspiration et au renforcement des capacités de la prochaine génération de femmes pionnières et briseuses de stéréotypes. Du 22 septembre au 25 septembre, le Petersen Automotive Museum organisera une exposition spéciale dans le Penthouse William E. Connor, en hommage à la vie et aux réalisations de Jessi Combs et marquera le lancement officiel de la fondation.
