Y'know what would've been funny in my opinion? If at the end of the movie, Blaze brought some of her toys with her to go visit Bonnie, and when the kids are about to play, they made the viewer believe they were gonna marry Buzz and Jessie, but they actually pick Smarty to be the groom, since Blaze had already made them love interests in her own playtime at home.
So the toys just play along, since it's all make-believe anyways; and after that, the “newly-weds” just laugh it off and make jokes about it.
Either that, or they make Smarty the one to oppose. I mean, they made Trixie have an affair with Buzz, why not him? Y'know what I mean?
If someone wants to use this idea to write or draw something, I'd love to see it.
