had to do this for @creatingblackcharacters’s DTIYS! Dionysus is one of my favorite hades characters and i was disappointed with his hades 2 design… had to jump on this.

thoughts:

- dionysus should be FAT i have thought this since i started playing hades. i may be biased but i truly think it’s so much more luxurious and decadent for him to be fat than ripped.

- yes he’s a no-op trans guy i’m biased.

- i gave him loose curls to emulate curly grape vines

- i gave him ram horns for fun, i’ve seen depictions of him with horns and they really grab me

- i shifted his skin tone more red to emulate wine and grapes

- i drew his exomis thing and decided i didn’t like the leopard print cape. so my friend suggested i give him just.. a leopard! i really like how it came out
