She'd done her homework on the man, of course. Military records and further back than that. His ties to HYDRA were impressive, if potentially tricky to navigate. Secrecy was, as always paramount but they needed back up. They needed people coming into the system on their side. She needed people she could count on in as many places as she could get them. And something told her he could be one of those people.
She had a few points to poke at if the initial introduction didn't go well but she was hoping things would go smoothly. She slipped into the seat next to him at the bar and smiled as the bartender came over. She eyed his glass. "I'll have what he's having."
